THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.5756 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in I.A.No.47 of 2010 in A.T.C.No.1 of 2010 dated 23.06.2010 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Amalapuram.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 23.06.2010, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. However, it is informed by the office of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Amalapuram that A.T.C.No.1 of 2010 was disposed of on 18.09.2014. Hence, in view of the disposal of A.T.C.No.1 of 2010, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
