t t This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr'P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner - accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.1686 of 2018 on the file of learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad registered for the offence under Section 338 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 50, i80, 181 and 196 of Motor Vehicles Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that examination of the witnesses is almost completed and Investigation Officer yet to be examined.

The grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the factual issues can be decided in the trial Court. I do not find any reason to keep this criminal petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
