The grievance of the petitioners is that, despite their complaint dated 03.07.2017 to respondent Nos.3 and 4 as against respondent Nos.5 to 9, no action has been taken. Hence the writ petition Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioners has been registered as FIR.No.212 of 2017 on 27.07.2017 on the file of Humayunnagar Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences under Sections 448, 468, 437 and 323 IPC. Since the complaint has now been registered, respondent No.4 shall cause investigation, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
