This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 6, requesting to relax the condition imposed in the order, dated 16.08.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.430 of 2017 in Crime No.140 of 2017 on the file of the Etcherla Police Station, Srikakulam District, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 6, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Earlier, this Court relaxed the conditions partly by order, dated 21.09.2017, passed in Crl.P.No.8414 of 2017. There are no changed circumstances. There are no justifiable reasons to allow this application.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
