This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the crime on the complaint of the petitioner dt.08.07.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.23.07.2019, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ramachandrapuram P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate, stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.407/2019 is filed under Section 420, IPC of Ramachandrapuram Police Station on 22.07.2019; and that the case is under investigation.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
