Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had made a representation on 16.05.2019 to the 2nd resonant seeking deletion of his property from the prohibited list as G.O.Ms. No.1107 dt.06.06.2005 and that the said representation has not been disposed of, though four months have elapsed, since its submission.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents' states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dt.16.05.2019 given by the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
