HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Public Interest Litigation No.297 of 2014 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. A. Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the State of Telangana has constituted a Complaint Adjudicating Committee vide G.O. Ms. No.9, dated 24.2.2016, which can deal with the grievances, such as the grievance made in the instant petition and in view thereof, petitioner may be relegated to approach the Complaint Adjudicating Committee.

In view thereof, Mr. P. Shashi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Complaints Adjudicating Committee for redressal of their grievance.

We hope and trust that the Complaints Adjudicating Committee shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and deal with the same in proper perspective.

The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
