HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU I.A.NO. 1 OF 2018 in APPEAL SUIT No.51 of 2011 ORDER:

The appellant - plaintiff, Sri Gandam Sathaiah, is present and is identified by Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant. The appellant filed a Xerox copy of the aadhar card, and the original is produced for verification. Since appellant is not pressing the appeal against respondent Nos.1 to 3, appeal is dismissed against them. Respondent No.4, Sri Ch.Nanda Kishore, appears and is identified by Sri M.Roopender, learned Counsel for respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 also produced his pan card in proof of identity and a Xerox copy of the same is filed. Both parties agree and state that the terms of compromise were entered into with their consent only and they are fully aware of the terms and conditions recorded in the compromise. The Appeal Suit is, accordingly, dismissed in terms of compromise. The terms and conditions of compromise are signed by both the parties and their respective counsels. The signed terms and conditions of compromise shall form a part of the judgment and decree.

The compromise is, accordingly, recorded.

I.A.No.1 of 2018 is ordered, and the Appeal Suit is dismissed in terms of compromise.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
