ORDER:

This Company Application is filed for a direction to the Registry of this Court to send the decree, dated 25.06.2002, made in Company Application No.129 of 2000 in Company Petition No.83 of 1997 to the District Court at Nellore for execution.

At the hearing, Sri M.Anil Kumar, the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, submitted that the Execution Petition was filed before the Court at Nellore under a misconception, instead of filing the same here and seeking transfer of the same to the competent Court, which according to him is the Court at Bangalore. He has, therefore, requested for closing the Company Application with liberty to the Official Liquidator to file the Execution Petition in this Court with a request to transfer the same to the competent Court.

In the light of the above submission of learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, this Company Application is closed with liberty to the Official Liquidator in terms of the prayer made. If an application for certified copy of the above-mentioned decree is filed by the Official Liquidator, the Registry shall furnish the same to him as soon as possible.
