HCJ & AARJ WP 15576/2019 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Abhishek Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner mainly seeking to direct the IX Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, to dispose of Criminal Application No.91/2018 in D.V.C. No.35 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.

2) Petitioner has filed Criminal Application No.91/2018 in D.V.C.No.35 of 2017 seeking the following relief: "Hence, it is prayed that the order dated 27.12.2017 of the trial court may be set aside and a small amount of Rs.63,666/- per month be afforded me toward cost of alternate residence, Rs.50,000/- towards maintenance, Rs.20 lakhs as medical expenses, and Rs.ten crores as compensation from the respondents, the 2nd to 4th respondents in DVC No.35/2017 be made party to the case, and the respondent's employers directed to deduct the amounts at source from the date of application of the DVC NO.35/2017 which is 19.9.2015, deposit the same into the appellant's SBI savings account number 30090582465, IFSC Code SBIN0008022 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3) Heard Dr. Eunice L Chawngthu, the party-in-person.

4) Even though the other prayers sought in the present writ petition, the party-in-person has confined her prayer and fairly conceded that she is only interested in disposal of the criminal application pending before the Criminal Court, as expeditiously as possible.

5) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the IX Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally,

HCJ & AARJ WP 15576/2019 Hyderabad, to dispose of the Criminal Application No.91/2018 in D.V.C.No.35 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on its own merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the parties.
