There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "..to issue Writ. Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in involving into civil disputes and demanding huge money from the 1st petitioner by illegally kept him in the illegal custody for 2 days at Hanamkonda and Madikonda Police Stations and threatened them to file false cases in collusion with the respondents 3 to 5 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 19 (1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to intervene in a civil matter pertaining to the petitioners." 3.

The basic grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.2 is involving in civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 filed a counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 stating that the dispute between respondent No.5 i.e., complainant and the writ petitioner is purely civil in nature and hence no action was taken on the petition filed by respondent No.5. In fact, respondent No.2 advised respondent No.5 to seek redressal in

a competent civil Court. It is also mentioned that no case of whatsoever is registered till date on the file of Hanamkonda P.S. From the petition filed by respondent No.5, it is also revealed that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5 is purely a money transaction which is civil in nature and respondent No.2 has nothing to do with it. Further respondent No.2 neither summoned the petitioner to the police station nor asked him to settle the matter with the unofficial respondents.

Therefore, recording the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
