THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29160 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments (Telangana) for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent No.5.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is inaction on the part of the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments Department, Ranga Reddy District, respondent No.4 herein, in considering the application of the petitioner for recognising her as member of the founder family and also for her appointment as a trustee of respondent No.5 Temple. According to the petitioner, she made an application on 09.09.20116 to respondent No.4, but no action has been taken on the same.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.4 to take appropriate action on the application dated 09.09.2016 submitted by the petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the application of the petitioner will be verified and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken thereon.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing respondent No.4 to take appropriate action on the application dated 09.09.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
