THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27904 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 04.07.2017, however, no action has been taken so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that appropriate action would be taken on the said representation strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 04.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
