WRIT PETITION No. 15260 of 2019 ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

According to petitioner, development agreement cum General Power of Attorney was presented for registration concerning Plot No.54 admeasuring 417 sq yards in Survey Nos. 11/11, 11/12 and 11/13 part of Khanamet village, Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district. The document was received and assigned P.No.1063/19 but so far neither it is registered nor returned and no reasons are assigned. 3.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, third respondent-Joint Sub Registrar-I is directed to process the document presented for registration and if Registering Authority is not accepting the document for registration, shall assign reasons in support of its decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
