In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner/A.2 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Cr.No.448 of 2010 of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 17-4-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that in this case, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.636 of 2011 on the file of III Munsif Magistrate Court, L.B.Nagar and thus prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
