Khaja Nazeemuddin, v. M. Raghunandan Rao,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1397 OF 2017 O R D E R :
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue filed counter affidavit stating that in pursuance to the order dated 02.09.2016 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.33155/2016 in WP.No.26782 of 2016, the respondents issued proceedings dated 21.07.2017, rejecting the applications of the petitioner, as such, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court by the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 21.07.2017.
Since the respondents have already been issued proceedings dated 21.07.2017, disposing the applications of the petitioner, I do not see any violation of the order dated 02.09.2016 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.33155/2016 in WP.No.26782 of 2016. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 21.07.2017 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 30.01.2018 t k
