This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.5 in not conducting the investigation and in causing delay in filing charge sheet in Crime No.193/2018 of Miyapur Police Station, dt.24.02.2018, registered for the offences under Section 406, 418, 420, 506, 120B, read with Section 34 IPC, against respondents 6 to 9. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions dt.23.07.2019 submitted by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate, submits that the investigation is completed and appropriate final report will be filed before the concerned Court, within three weeks, after completing the necessary formalities.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of recording the aforesaid submissions. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-police to file appropriate final report before the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
