This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ accused questioning the action of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi, in not disposing Crl.M.P.No.2796 of 2017 in C.C.No.24 of 2017 pending on his file.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2796 of 2017 in C.C.No.24 of 2017 pending on his file, for discharge of this petitioner.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi, is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2796 of 2017 in C.C. No.24 of 2017 pending on his file within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
