THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4203 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the unsuccessful petitioner is directed against the order, dated 17.04.2013, of the learned III Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, passed in IA.No.390 of 2011 in R.C.No.219 of 2010. When the revision is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the Office of the learned III Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, telephonically informed the Registry that the afore-said RC itself was disposed of on 28.11.2013.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
