THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL APPEAL No.1218 OF 2007 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. by the complainant assailing the judgment dated 21.03.2007 in S.T.C.No.504 of 2005 on the file of the Court of III Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, wherein and whereby respondent No.1-accused was found not guilty for the offence punishable under Section of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881(for short 'the Act') and consequently, acquitted of the said offence.

Learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions. None appeared on behalf of the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal.
