As there was no representation for the petitioners on 23.03.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation either for the petitioners or their counsel both in the morning and afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter further.
