HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.2287 of 2016 ORDER:
Sri A. Bhaskara Chari, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subsequent to the filing of contempt case, the respondents have implemented the order dated 26.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.17692 of 2016 in W.P.No.14190 of 2016 and hence requested to close the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Contempt Case shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
