THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3008 of 2014 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is that I.A.No.1027 of 2011 filed by petitioner in O.S.No.262 of 2005 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, is not being taken up and decided by the said Court.

2. It is contended by the learned counsel for petitioner that the building in question requires urgent renovation in view of the rainy season, otherwise, it being in a dilapidated condition, it may collapse.

3. In this view of the matter, the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, Chittoor District is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1027 of 2011 in O.S.No.262 of 2005 on his file within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand disposed of.
