THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Writ Petition No.25071 of 2004 ORDER:

Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 01.11.2017, the office has placed the papers relating to W.P.No.10686 of 1998. A perusal of the contents in the said writ petition and the contents in the present writ petition show that they are one and the same. W.P.No.10686 of 1998 was dismissed for default by this Court on 7.2.2014. The said writ petition was filed by four petitioners, out of them the petitioners herein are shown as the petitioners 2 and 1.

In the affidavit filed in this present writ petition, there is no reference of the previous W.P.No.10686 of 1998 filed in this court and the pendency of the same. When the said writ petition was already dismissed for default, with the same set of facts, the present writ petition is not maintainable. In these circumstances, there are no merits in the present writ petition and is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
