HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12741 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of land admeasuring 797-31 square yards (666-63 square meters) out of Sy.No.967/e situated at Rangadam Palli, hamlet of Mittapalli, Siddipet, Siddipet District having purchased the same from one Vanga Linga Reddy on 09-06-2003 vide registered sale deed dated 2842/2003 and ever since the purchase, he is in possession of the property. When, the petitioner made efforts to sell the land in the year 2014, he has come to know that the land was mentioned as Government land and registration-authorities were refusing to entertain sale transaction in respect of said land. On knowing the same, the petitioner made an application for regularization under G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30-12-2014 to regularize the subject land. Pending application, the 5th respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

It is stated by both sides that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of writ petition directing the respondent-authorities to consider the application of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30-12-2014 and pending disposal of application, status-quo regarding possession was ordered.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30-12-2014 and dispose of the same in accordance with law. Till disposal of the application, there shall be status-quo regarding possession of the petitioner in respect of subject land. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
