A crime was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w. 34 of IPC and Section 5 of Telangana State Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is attending the concerned SHO without fail till now and undertakes to continue being present during the course of investigation and seeks relaxation of condition No.3.

In the said circumstances, the said condition can be relaxed.

Accordingly, the I.A. is allowed and condition No.3 imposed in Crl.P.No.5486 of 2023 vide order dated 28.06.2023 is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner
