THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.25225 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in not taking any action on the complaint dated 07.07.2017 given against the respondents 5 to 7. The grievance of the petitioners is that though he has given report on 07.07.2017 against Respondents 5 to 7, no action has been taken thereon by Respondents 3 and 4, so far. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that based on the report of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.97 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 4420 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the file of Penukonda Police Station and the investigation is in progress.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are required. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
