THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12777 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had questioned the order dt.20.11.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent by way of revision on 30.12.2015 and also filed stay application along with it, but the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

3. The Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders in the revision filed on 30.12.2015 before him challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent on 20.11.2015, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the said revision, there shall be stay of operation of the order dt.20.11.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
