This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw A.S.No.8 of 2011 from the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the Additional District & Sessions Judge - cum - SC & ST Court, Ranga Reddy District, to be tried along with O.S.No.143 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
