When the matter was listed on 21.11.2017, none appeared for the appellant and there was no representation on its behalf, and as such, this Court directed to list the matter under the caption "For dismissal". Even today also, though the matter appears under the caption "For dismissal", none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on its behalf. This indicates that the appellant herein has no interest in prosecuting the appeal.

The Appeal Suit is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
