This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondents in considering the petitioner's application dated 03.10.2017, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the said application.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondent No.1, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the record. 3.
It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner filed application dated 03.10.2017 for mutation and issuance of mutation certificate in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.21 guntas, Ac.0.34 guntas, Ac.0.37 guntas, Acs.12.12 guntas, Ac.4.00 guntas, Ac.0.14 guntas, Ac.1.08 guntas in Sy.Nos.15, 20, 71, 75, 76, 92 and 133 respectively totaling to an extent of Acs.20.06 guntas situated at Madaram Village, Mulakalapalli Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District. However, no action has been taken.

There is no dispute with regard to the petitioner filing the said application before the 2nd respondent-District Collector for issuance of mutation certificate. In spite of lapse of two years, no action has been taken yet.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an application afresh along with Form 6-A seeking similar relief online. On filing such application along with Form 6-A, respondent No.4 shall examine and dispose of the same expeditiously in terms of provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J Date: 30.04.2019 ssp
