HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4267 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.44 of 2019 on the file of Adilabad II Town Police Station, Adilabad District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 18.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Adilabad II Town Police Station, Adilabad District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adilabad, on 11.11.2019 and the PRC number is awaited.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
