Polepalle Ramulu v. State Of Telangana, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22582 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard both sides.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.22190 of 2016 passed on 08.07.2016 wherein this Court granted three months time to the petitioners therein for vacating the subject premises. As such, petitioner herein may also be extended the same relief. Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj also fairly conceded for the same.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Gram Panchayat, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, seeking time to vacate the shop in which event the Gram Panchayat shall consider the request of the petitioner for grant of time on condition of his filing an undertaking before the Gram Panchayat to the effect that he would vacate the shop within a period of three months. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ Challa Kodanda Ram, J 13th July, 2016.
