HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.9477 of 2017 ORDER:
Though the writ petition is filed for several reliefs, the respondents have already granted other benefits except fixation of pay as per P.R.C. scales and also sanction of annual grade increments from 2013 onwards and the petitioner submitted representations on 03-03-2017 in respect of the same.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services says that since the petitioner has not given option for P.R.C., he is not entitled for the same and that the other benefits have been granted to the petitioner and it is for the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03-03-2017 and take action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 02-08-2017 Nvl
