This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's landed property bearing plot No.25 in Survey Nos.61, 62, 64, 65, 68/1, 68/2, 69, 70, 70/1, 71, 72, 72/1, 73, 76, 77, 85, 85/1, 86, 94 and 120 to 126 situated at Puppalaguda Village and Gram Panchayat, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
