This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.119 of 2012 from the file of Family Court, Warangal and transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, Warangal District for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted.
