THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10211 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.4 in C.C. No.16 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, at L.B. Nagar, Cyberabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition as the parties have settled the matter out of court. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
