This revision petition is filed by the plaintiffs in O.S.No.15 of 2016 on the file of the Special Judge for trial of Cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act-cum-Additional District Judge, Srikakulam, seeking early disposal of I.A.No.175 of 2016 in O.S.No.15 of 2016, which is filed under Order XXXIX, Rule 1 and 2, read with Sec.151 of Code of Civil Procedure seeking interim injunction against the respondent/ defendant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit is filed for declaration and injunction on 11.03.2016, along with I.A.No.175 of 2016, seeking interim injunction against the respondent/ defendant. The respondent filed counter as well as written statement in the suit, and, as a matter of fact, arguments were also advanced several times in the said I.A., but the same is not being disposed of by the Court below. In view of the same, the counsel for the petitioner seeks appropriate direction to the Court below for the disposal of the application seeking injunction. 3.

In view of the above, the revision petition is disposed of directing the learned Additional District Judge to dispose of I.A.No.175 of 2016 in O.S.No.15 of 2016, within a period of six weeks from today. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications

pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
