THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4285 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/owner of the property seeking to modify the docket order dated 16.07.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.8 of 2019 in STC.No.21631 of 2019 by the IV Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

It is alleged that the petitioner's vehicle i.e., Maruti Vitara Brezza VDI(O)B Car bearing No.TS 07 FZ 6680 was seized by the traffic police while his son was driving the same by consuming alcohol more than the permissible limits. The impugned application filed by the petitioner for release of the said vehicle was allowed by the Court below directing him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- with single surety and also on his executing personal bond.

The impugned order would show that while ordering release of the vehicle in question, the Court below has passed a specific order with the aforesaid directions. Therefore, this Court finds that there is no illegality or irregularity warranting interference by this Court.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
