HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.4831 OF 2020 ORDER:
Smt. B. Rajeshwari, learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No.2, addressed a letter dated 12.11.2020 ro the Registry seeking withdrawal of the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh application, as such, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal.
2. Today, when the matter came up lor hearing under the caption 'for withdrawal', learned counsel fbr the petitioner reiterated her submission.
3. In view of the above, permission is accorded and accordingly .. granting the liberty as sought, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 12.11.2020 addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry shall form part ofthe record.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition stand closed.
