Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the grievance of the petitioners is already pending before the competent authority, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to consider the representation dated 23-02-2018. Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 23-02-2018, in accordance with Regulations, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.
