This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ sole accused, under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings of FIR No.53 of 2015 of Narayanpur Police Station, Nalgonda District registered for the offences under Section 504 IPC and Section 3 (1) (x) of SC/ST POA Act, 1989.

2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused as well as 1st respondent-State represented by learned Public prosecutor before admission and before ordering notice to 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and perused the material.

3) A perusal of the very report of de facto complainant prima facie shows the accusation under Section 3 (1) (x) SC/ST POA Act, thereby there are no grounds to admit the application at this stage for quashing of the FIR but for to the entitlement of concession of regular bail, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to surrender himself before the learned Special Judge and move for regular bail with notice to special public prosecutor concerned and in such an event, the learned Special Judge shall grant bail with necessary conditions on the same day.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
