THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13127 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj and Municipal Administration.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Srinivasa Nagar Gram Panchayat submitted representation/objections to the District Collector, Nizamabad District-fourth respondent herein on 01.02.2018 and the same may be directed to be verified and take appropriate as per law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the District Collector, Nizamabad District-fourth respondent herein to verify the representation/objections, dated 01.02.2018, said to have been submitted by Srinivasa Nagar Gram Panchayat, and take appropriate action as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
