ORDER:

This Company Application is filed by the Official Liquidator for perusing and taking on record the valuation report submitted by the ValuerD.S.K.Avadhani; to permit the Official Liquidator to file another application to seek permission for sale of the landed property of the company in liquidation; and to order that the costs of this application do come out of the assets of the Company in liquidation.

On 09.02.2015, this Court has opened the sealed cover through which the Valuer has submitted his report, while directing the Registry to furnish a copy of the said report to the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator to enable the Official Liquidator to file his report.

The Official Liquidator has filed his report, dated 18.02.2015, wherein he has acknowledged receipt of the report of the Valuer and has also sought permission

of the Court to initiate the sale process through tenders. Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, submitted that liberty may be given to file a fresh application for permission to sell the property of the company in liquidation in pursuance of the Valuation report.

In the light of the above facts, this Company Application is allowed, upon taking the Valuation report on record, with liberty to the Official Liquidator in terms of the prayer made. It is further directed that the costs of this Company Application do come out of the assets of the company in liquidation.
