THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the order in Rc.No.1099/C/Kalakota/2007, dt.4.4.2012, of respondent No.1, whereby he has cancelled the licences granted to the petitioners for carrying on fresh water aqua culture activity. A perusal of the record shows that the licences were granted for a period of five years from 01.6.2009 to 31.5.2014. Since the period for which the licences were granted has expired on 31.5.2014, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.13046 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 8-7-2015 bnr
