This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of I Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.1025 of 2O2l on the file of Station House Officer, Shadnagar i Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offence punishable under I l Section 20(bXiiXB) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances I Act, 1985.
