THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4034 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in threatening the petitioner not to enter into his land and interfering with his construction activity on the said land in Plot Nos.9, 10, 11 and 31P situated in Survey No.362/AA at Khanojiguda, Alwal.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes and also the construction activity on the subject land.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
