HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6378 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in demanding the petitioners to vacate the house constructed in Sy.No.224 in Akhasahebpet Village, Kotauratla Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court on 23.02.2017 granted status-quo.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will follow due process of law, in case they require the subject land.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners without following due process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
