The case of the petitioner is that she is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.4-00 guntas situated at Singapur Village, Naspur Mandal of Manchiryala District. Originally, the subject land was assigned by the revenue authorities in favour of husband of the petitioner in the year 1987 and he died in the year 2011. After that the petitioner made application on 05-10-2016 under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 19-04-2017 Nvl
