HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9386 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A3 seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 265 of 2017 of Rajender Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District, which was registered for the offences under Section 489(A), (B) & (C) IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 05.10.2017 of Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before VIII MM, Rajendranagar and PRC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.265 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
